 ALL ITEMS SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH NO WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED . We do our best to accurately describe and photograph all items. WE HIGHLY ENCOURAGE YOU TO PREVIEW AUCTION ITEMS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. "If an item has been  misrepresented, we will make every effort to reach a satisfactory agreement between buyer and auction house. User Agreement - Access and use of any online auction site of TexasOnlineAuctionHouse.com (TOAH and/or Associates) is subject to any and all specific terms and conditions set forth on any individual page within the Site and the terms and conditions of this User Agreement  and all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to copyright and trademark laws. BY ACCESSING THIS SITE, BIDDER AGREES TO ACCEPT, WITHOUT LIMITATION OR QUALIFICATION, ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE SITE USER AGREEMENT and to comply with all applicable laws, statutes, ordinances and regulations regarding bidder's use of the TOAH website. Bidder agrees to abide by the terms & conditions listed for each entity/auction. TexasOnlineAuctionHouse.com, its employees, representatives, agents (collectively TOAH and/or Associates) or the Owner/Seller may take legal action against anyone violating the terms and conditions of the Site User Agreement or any other applicable law or regulation. TOAH reserves the right to periodically change the terms and conditions of the User Site Agreement and it is the Bidders' responsibility to periodically review any and all changes made to these terms and conditions prior to each use of this Site. By bidding with TexasOnlineAuctionHouse.com, bidder agrees in advance to accept any such changes.
BUYERS PREMIUM - 15% On Credit Card Payments with a 3% Discount for Cash Payments. - PAYMENTS ACCEPTED - CASH  and MOST MAJOR CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS. Cash preferred ( 3% Discount on Buyers Premium For Cash ) and is Preferred. NO Personal Checks Accepted
- TAX - We charge state and local tax (0.825%) on all purchases unless the buyer has a Texas Resale Certificate on file. - RESALE CERTIFICATE - We gladly deduct sales tax if a Texas Resale Certificate has been provided to us prior to checkout or at checkout. We do not deduct tax if we do not have a copy of your resale certificate. RESALE CERTIFICATE MUST BE ON FILE!
- Our online auctions are " SOFT CLOSE " Auctions and Does Offer Extended Bidding - Bids cannot be cancelled unless a legitimate error was made and there is time for admin to correct. Please contact Shaine at 214-551-1982  if you feel an error was made.
Please note: All bidders are responsible to abide by their legal binding contractual payment obligations. - ITEM/S PICKUP AND PAYMENT IS EXPECTED ON THE DAY/S OF AND BETWEEN THE HOURS SPECIFIED ON THE AUCTION POSTING AND INVOICE. Communication is key!!! If you have an issue with picking up and/or paying for items on scheduled pickup date, please reach out BEFORE BIDDING or ASAP. We will do our best to work with you the best we can.
- FAILURE TO PICK UP AND PAY FOR ITEMS MAY RESULT IN BIDDING PRIVILEGES BEING SUSPENDED OR REVOKED.
SHIPPING: We are pleased to offer our Customers shipping through USPS at standard rates plus handling fees.  If you wish to send a mover, alternate shipping company or individual to pick up your items, please make sure and contact us ASAP to coordinate this request and check our availability. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR TRACKING OR DAMAGES BY THIRD PARTY MOVERS OR SHIPPING COMPANIES.
IMPORTANT FIREARMS INFORMATION If you have a FELONY on your record or unable to pass the standard ATF 4473 paperwork background check submittal, DO NOT BID ON THE FIREARMS. if you win a gun but do not pass the background check, the firearm will not be provided to you. - HANDGUNS (Automatic Pistols and Revolvers) - You must be 21 years old or older to bid on and receive a handgun. If you are a Texas resident, you may pick up the handgun at our FFL Dealers Location After Paying at auction pickup and after completion of ATF Standard Form 4472 and successful background check. If you ARE NOT A TEXAS RESIDENT, you can still bid and receive a handgun, however, you cannot pick up in person. The handgun must be shipped to a registered FFL Firearms License holder in the state of your residence from our FFL Dealer. All State and Federal Laws Must Apply. -LONGARMS (Rifles and Shotguns) - You must be 18 years old or older to bid on and receive a longarm. If you are a Texas resident, you may pick up the longarm at auction pickup date/s after completion of ATF Standard Form 4472 and successful background check. If you ARE NOT A TEXAS RESIDENT, you can still bid and receive a longarm, however, you cannot pick up in person. The longarm must be shipped to a registered FFL Firearms License holder in the state of your residence. All State and Federal Laws Must Apply.
