All items are sold AS IS and WHERE IS, with no warranties expressed or implied.
We do our best to accurately describe and photograph all items. We strongly encourage you to preview items before bidding. All sales are final.
If an item has been misrepresented, we will make every effort to reach a satisfactory agreement between the buyer and the auction house.

User Agreement

Access and use of any SUPER DEALS USA AUCTIONS is subject to:
• The specific terms and conditions listed on each auction page
• The terms of this User Agreement
• All applicable laws and regulations, including copyright and trademark laws
By accessing this site, the bidder agrees to accept all terms and conditions without limitation and to follow all applicable laws.
Bidders must also follow the terms listed for each specific auction.
SUPER DEALS USA AUCTION , its employees, representatives, agents, or the Owner/Seller may take legal action against anyone violating these terms.
SDUA reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Bidders are responsible for reviewing any changes before each use of the site.
By bidding, the bidder agrees in advance to accept any such changes.

Buyer’s Premium

• 6% with cash payments
• 9% with credit card 
 • Cash and most major credit/debit cards accepted
• No personal checks

Tax

Sales tax (8.25%) is charged on all purchases unless a valid Texas Resale Certificate is on file.
If you want tax removed, your resale certificate must be provided before or at checkout.
No tax exemption without a resale certificate on file.

Auction Format

Our online auctions use a Soft Close system with Extended Bidding.
Bids cannot be canceled unless a legitimate error occurred and there is time for the admin to correct it.

Item Pickup & Payment

Pickup and payment must be made within 48 hrs from the auction ends.
If you have an issue with pickup or payment, contact us before bidding or as soon as possible.
Failure to pick up and pay may result in suspension or revocation of bidding privileges.

Firearms Information

If you have a felony or cannot pass the ATF 4473 background check, do not bid on firearms.
If you fail the background check, the firearm will not be released.
Handguns (Automatic Pistols & Revolvers):
• Must be 21+ to bid
• Texas residents: pickup at our FFL dealer after payment, ATF Form 4473, and successful background check
• Non-Texas residents: handgun must be shipped to an FFL in your state
Longarms (Rifles & Shotguns):
• Must be 18+ to bid
• Texas residents: pickup after Form 4473 and background check
• Non-Texas residents: longarm must be shipped to an FFL in your state
All state and federal firearm laws apply.
